this will be my 35th consecutive year attending eagles games
no need to panic eagles fans. this wasn't intended to be a super
bowl year. the key to this year is finding out which of the young
players can contribute, which might be future stars, and which
may not be on the team next year.
this team is young, i believe the youngest in the league.
and they are young at a lot of key positions like QB, FS, RB, WR
and at almost all the backup positions.
there will be growing pains, there will be dramatic moments.
there will be games like KC this week where they play poorly
and win. there will be games where they play well and lose.
some are jumping off the bandwagon. some think its going
to be a great year.
but i'm still sticking with 8-8.
yes i'm a fan, but i'm trying also to be realistic.
